How to Export Your HSBC Bank Statement as a CSV File

Exporting your bank statement as a CSV file takes less than 2 minutes. Once you have the file, you can drop it into SaaSAuditorPro to automatically detect duplicate software subscriptions and find wasted spend — no bank connection required.

Step by step

  1. Log into HSBC Online Banking at hsbc.co.uk
  2. Select the account you want to export
  3. Click "View statements"
  4. Choose your date range — HSBC provides up to 6 years of statements
  5. Click "Download" and select CSV format

Note: HSBC formats dates as DD/MM/YYYY and uses a single amount column with context clues for debits and credits.

What to do with your CSV file

Once you have your CSV file, drop it into SaaSAuditorPro. Our database of 335+ business tools automatically scans your transactions, identifies recurring software charges, and flags any duplicate tools you are paying for twice — tools doing the same job you are paying for separately without realising it.

No bank connection required. No account needed. Your file is processed instantly and never stored.
